Regional Data Analysis
Business Analytics is about mining the data to find a business problem.
To find the problem, I extracted the dataset without being asked to find a problem, I mined the data and correlated some parameters and found that: As an Example, despite the South having the highest population, at 67,330, they still have the lowest average income, at $4,011.14, among the three other regions. As seen in Figure 1.
It's also about having a business problem and then slicing and dicing to get insights to solve the problem.
We sliced the data and compared the education at a regional level to see if there was a problem.
Do they have a problem in education? Yes, there is a problem in education, they have the lowest HS Graduation rate at 44.34%.
